Food Network host Sunny Anderson brightens your day with her Fruit Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing & Yogurt.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup halved green seedless grapes
- 1 cup quartered strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup unsalted pistachios
- 1/4 cup unsalted walnuts
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Toss grapes, strawberries, blueberries, honey, lime juice and poppy seeds together in a bowl and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- In a pan over medium heat, toast pistachios and walnuts for about 5 minutes or until fragrant, making sure to constantly stir or toss nuts. Roughly chop toasted nuts and toss them with fruit. Serve a scoop of fruit salad with a dollop of yogurt.
