    Bread and pasta or any processed grain other than rice and potatoes are not “clean” unless you do the gluten free options. Even then its still better to just avoid them all together.

    Oh and saturated fat from dairy is probably one of the best nutrients you can have in your diet. The human body is designed to run primarily on fat but all we seem to do is cut it out.
