    Bread and pasta or any processed grain other than rice and potatoes are not “clean” unless you do the gluten free options. Even then its still better to just avoid them all together.

    Oh and saturated fat from dairy is probably one of the best nutrients you can have in your diet. The human body is designed to run primarily on fat but all we seem to do is cut it out. I put melted grass fed butter in my protein shakes and I don’t get hungry for 4-6 hours. Don’t believe me? Try it!

      Nolan, where do you find grass fed butter at? The health food stores, maybe? I think I’ll try that recipe with the protein shakes.

        Bridget, I used to get it at trader joes (kerrygold unsalted) but now there is another brand called organic valley who has a grass fed butter available at target. Either one is great. I put butter in make shake this morning :)
        Chocolate protein
        Almond milk
        Grass fed butter
        Also some organic cocoa butter I got for Christmas! Sooooo good and a great way to start the day!
