We love hearty halibut at Clean Eating, and since the fish itself is quite substantial, we decided to pair it with lighter accents. Summer’s red and juicy strawberries and delicate kiwi fruits (which are also technically a berry!) lend this savory dish a touch of sweetness, while the microgreens are fork-friendly and unimposing.
