By now, you’ve probably heard about the Stanford study that made headlines a few weeks ago, thanks to its claim that organic food has not been proven to be any more nutritious than conventional food. This rabble-rousing claim is the result of a very narrow definition of “nutrition”, and we wanted to share Mark Bittman’s rebuttal in the New York Times.
