With winter approaching, we’ve got a Throwback Thursday recipe to keep you warm. Our reader Kristina Long sent us this image of her Chicken Soup with Sweet Potatoes, Kale & Mushrooms, all the way from our January/February 2012 issue.
Here’s what Kristina had to say:
This was my first time trying out a recipe from Clean Eating. My husband and I were ecstatic to have a hearty soup ready in only 20 minutes. Even, better, we were blown away by how great it tasted! This soup contains all of our favorite ingredients and we’ll be sure to make it again. Thank you for the recipe! My husband called dibs on the next go at a recipe from your magazine. I can’t wait to see what he prepares!
