Happy Amazon Prime Day! If you’re not familiar, Amazon Prime Day is a Cyber Monday-style event just for Amazon Prime members. The perks of Amazon Prime membership are plentiful already (free shipping on many items, for one). But now that Amazon has acquired Whole Foods Market – which joins Amazon Prime Pantry and Amazon Fresh – there are multiple deals for food lovers through Amazon Prime.
On Prime Day (Monday, July 16th) Prime Pantry members get an additional $10 off a $40+ order and for new members there’s a free month to begin. And for Prime members that spend $10 in a physical Whole Foods store you’ll receive an additional $10 to spend online.
While you might be turned off by the abundance of sugary and processed snacks for sale, there are plenty of healthy alternatives, as well as great food storage options. For those who live in food deserts or otherwise can’t find healthy or hard-to-find items near you, shopping online is the way to go.

Happy shopping and cooking!
