• Organic grass-fed meats and pastured eggs

• Wild fish and seafood

• Organic, grass-fed full-fat butter, yogurt, cottage cheese, aged cheeses, cream cheese and sour cream

• Nuts & seeds

• Coconut oil, butter, ghee, olive oil, avocado oil

• Lower-starch vegetables such as leafy greens (kale, bok choy, spinach), asparagus, cucumber, summer squash, cauliflower, cabbage and celery

• Fruits such as avocados and tomatoes and limited amounts of berries
