• Organic grass-fed meats and pastured eggs
• Wild fish and seafood
• Organic, grass-fed full-fat butter, yogurt, cottage cheese, aged cheeses, cream cheese and sour cream
• Nuts & seeds
• Coconut oil, butter, ghee, olive oil, avocado oil
