- 1 small bunch chives
- 1/2 cup grape seed oil
- Pinch each sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch chives for 30 seconds, then drain and chill in an ice bath. Drain, wrap chives in a towel and squeeze moisture out.
- Place chives in a blender with remaining ingredients and blend for 2 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve. Pour chive oil into a plastic squeeze bottle with a small opening or use a spoon for drizzling.
