Italian Olive Oil Bread Dip

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper


  1. Add oil and garlic to a shallow bowl or rimmed plate. Drizzle vinegar over top, then add herbs, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Serve with hearty, fresh whole-grain bread.
