Mango Lassi
This refreshing Indian mainstay, straight out of Bob Blumer's Glutton for Pleasure cookbook, blends banana, mango, yogurt and ice. This low-fat lassi is sure to please.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup mango purée or 1 ripe fragrant mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 6 cubes ice
- 1 tbsp roughly chopped or grated fresh ginger, optional
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a blender and process on high speed until smooth.
