When you think of vegetarians, you assume that they’re healthy and slim. Not so! Many vegetarians are overweight — even obese. Fight the fat by making cleaner food choices. Tofu and other soy products are superb protein sources, as are quinoa, nuts, legumes and nut butters. Avoid preparing them with saturated and trans fats, sugars and other additions to keep them clean.
