Why Organ Meat Seasoning Should Be On Your Radar (And Is So Good, It’s Kid-Approved)

I didn’t grow up eating organ meats. Aside from chopped chicken liver at occasional holiday gatherings, which I mostly avoided, I didn’t even see anyone else eating organ meats.
