- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 cups of Hot Water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons of unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (Optional)
- Cut lemon in half, squeeze into a mug.
- Add cinnamon, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup.
- Sprinkle optional Cayenne Pepper. Enjoy.
