Balsamic Chicken

Juicy and tender, this baked chicken recipe is a quick and easy meal. It will quickly become a weeknight staple.



  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp each salt and pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts


In a large container, combine ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 2 cloves garlic, ½ tsp dried oregano and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper. Add 4 chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour or overnight. Place chicken on a baking sheet, discard marinade and bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
