Ingredients
½ cup frozen berries
½ cup spinach
½ cup plain full-fat yogurt
¼ cup whole milk or almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
(Try: Tattle Plant Protein Blend or Whey Protein Isolate)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until mixture is a smooth consistency.
