Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup full-fat cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender; blend until smooth. Thin with water, if needed, to reach desired consistency.
