- 1 head cauliflower
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
¼ tsp salt
Cut 1 head cauliflower into bite-size pieces and toss with 2 tbsp each melted coconut oil and nutritional yeast and ¼ tsp salt; spread on a baking sheet and bake at 450°F for 20 minutes. Reheat when called for.
