Chocolate Sea Salt Dip
Avocado, almond milk and cacao form the creamy base for this über-decadent chocolate dip. Make sure your avocado is well ripened to achieve the silkiest texture. Serve with any fresh fruit such as berries or sliced pears.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 6 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/2 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
- 5 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Preparation
- To a food processor or blender, add all ingredients and process until smooth.
