Cinnamon Pear Chia Pudding

Preparation
In a blender, combine 2½ cups almond milk, ½ cup chia seeds, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp cinnamon and pinch salt. Blend on high speed until smooth. Divide among 4 cups; cover and refrigerate. When ready to eat, top each serving with 1/4 pear, chopped.
