Coco-cado Smoothie Bowl

Try this creation straight from the Backyard Bowls kitchen. Acai purée is not only delicious but also features antioxidants, healthy fats and protein.

  • 1/2 cup cashew milk
  • 1 pack frozen 
acai purée
  • 1/2 cup diced avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana chunks
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Toppings (Optional): 1/3 cup all-natural granola
  • Sliced banana, as desired
  • Sliced strawberries, as desired
  • 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tbsp bee pollen
  • Drizzle raw honey


  1. To a blender or food processor, add all ingredients; blend until smooth. Serve with toppings of your choice.
