- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 1 pack frozen
- 1/2 cup diced avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen banana chunks
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Toppings (Optional): 1/3 cup all-natural granola
- Sliced banana, as desired
- Sliced strawberries, as desired
- 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 tbsp bee pollen
- Drizzle raw honey
- To a blender or food processor, add all ingredients; blend until smooth. Serve with toppings of your choice.
