Ingredients

  • 2 lb baby or creamer potatoes (red, white or a combination), cut into 1/2-inch wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Arrange on a large rimmed baking sheet in an even layer, and bake, tossing halfway, until browned and tender, about 30 minutes.
