Cumin-Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lb baby or creamer potatoes (red, white or a combination), cut into 1/2-inch wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Arrange on a large rimmed baking sheet in an even layer, and bake, tossing halfway, until browned and tender, about 30 minutes.
