Cheers for Gut Health
Kombucha contains lactic acid bacteria, thought to have probiotic function. Probiotics can improve gut health by enabling better digestion and reducing inflammation, and they may even potentially aid weight loss. Plus, kombucha contains antimicrobial compounds that can help protect against harmful bacteria such as E. coli.
