What makes it healthy: Curcumin, a component of turmeric, is well known for
its anti-inflammatory benefits, and is used to fight aging-related illnesses including cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, kidney disease and hypertension. Here, we combine turmeric powder with black pepper to maximize bioavailability. Fenugreek is used in Ayurvedic tradition for treating diabetes as well as relieving digestive discomfort.
How to use it: Add 1 to 3 tbsp to stews or soups; blend 1 to 2 tsp into salad dressing or
dips; sprinkle 1 to 2 tbsp on a batch of vegetables before roasting; stir 1 to 2 tsp into chicken, egg or potato salad.
