Dragon Smoothie Bowl

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 2/3 cup peeled and diced dragon fruit (aka pitaya)
  • 2/3 cup frozen banana chunks
  • Toppings (Optional):
  • 1/3 cup all-natural granola
  • Sliced banana, 
as desired
  • Sliced kiwi, 
as desired
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Drizzle raw 


  1. To a blender or food processor, add all ingredients; blend until smooth. Serve with toppings of your choice.
