Easy Harissa Shakshuka

This easy shakshuka with harissa (eggs baked in a spicy tomato stew) is a delicious savory dish to add to your dinner rotation!

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup chickpeas

    ¼ cup marinara

    1 tsp harissa

    pinch each salt and pepper

    1 egg, poached 

Preparation

Heat ⅓ cup chickpeas with ¼ cup marinara and 1 tsp harissa; add pinch each salt and pepper. Top with 1 egg, poached, and 2 tsp cilantro.
