- 2 15-oz BPA-free cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp each sea salt and ground black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Blot chickpeas with a paper towel to dry. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
3. Toss and bake for another 10 minutes, until browned and crunchy.
