Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup BPA-free canned full-fat coconut milk½ cup water, or as needed
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch sea salt, optional
  • Pinch ground black pepper, optional

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender; blend until smooth, adding additional water if needed to thin.
