Ingredients
- 3/4 cup BPA-free canned full-fat coconut milk
- ½ cup water, or as needed
- ½ frozen banana
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 pitted date
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch sea salt, optional
- Pinch ground black pepper, optional
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender; blend until smooth, adding additional water if needed to thin.
