  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 3/4 Bartlett pear, cored
  • 1/2 Fuji apple
  • 1 tsp
  • Green SuperFood
  • 1 to 2 tbsp lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 cup ice
