Herbed Parmesan Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

    1½ tsp Italian seasoning (TRY: Simply Organic Italian Seasoning)

    ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, combine cheese, Italian seasoning and pepper. Spoon 1 tbsp of mixture onto prepared sheet, then spread into a 3-inch circle. Repeat, spacing Parmesan rounds about ½ inch apart. Bake until crisp and golden, 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer rounds to a cooling rack. Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
