  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup skim milk

  • 1 tsp natural almond butter, unsalted

  • 1 tsp honey

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. 

2. Stir, then microwave for another minute. Stir again and enjoy.
