Honey-Almond Oatmeal

Alternative: On the stovetop, simply bring all ingredients to a boil in a small nonstick pot, then turn to low and cook for 5 minutes.
Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup skim milk
1 tsp natural almond butter, unsalted
1 tsp honey
Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
2. Stir, then microwave for another minute. Stir again and enjoy.
