Honeyed Pecans

Make these sweet pecans ahead of time, and sprinkle in salads for crunch and flavor.

½ cup


  • ½ cup raw unsalted pecans

    2 tbsp raw honey


Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a small rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, stir pecans with honey until coated. Bake in a single layer on sheet until golden, 5 to 7 minutes. Let cool slightly, then break any large clusters apart with your hands. 

MAKE AHEAD: Pecans can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
