Lemon Dill Butter

A classic butter perfect for melting over or dipping seafood, such as lobster. It’s also a great accompaniment to roasted or grilled vegetables such as potatoes and asparagus.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) organic unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest, plus 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp each sea salt and fresh ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Scoop onto a sheet of plastic wrap and form into a log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 2 hours, until firm.
