Lemon Ginger ACV Water

Combining apple cider vinegar with ginger creates a powerful boost of antioxidants that aids in digestion and weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups filtered water

  • 1 lemon, juiced 

  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar 

  • ½ tsp peeled and grated ginger 

Preparation

  1. In a large glass bottle, combine all ingredients. Screw on lid and shake. Drink throughout the day. (TIP: Use a straw to prevent enamel erosion.)
