1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp each sea salt and ground black pepper
Preheat grill to medium. Pat shrimp dry. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Thread shrimp onto metal skewers, taking care not to let them touch. Grill, turning once or twice, until outsides are pink and insides are opaque, 5 to 7 minutes.
