Ingredients

  • ¾–1 cup unsweetened mint tea, brewed and chilled    
  • 2/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ English cucumber (6 oz), chopped
  • ½ cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • Pinch sea salt

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender; blend until smooth.
