Roasted Butternut Squash

Roasted Butternut Squash recipe


  • 1 butternut squash
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ tsp each salt and smoked paprika


Peel 1 butternut squash, cut in half and scoop out seeds. Cut squash into cubes and toss with 1 tbsp avocado oil and ½ tsp each salt and smoked paprika; spread on baking sheet. Roast at 375°F for 25 minutes, or until tender.
