Roasted Salmon with Capers & Dill

Ingredients

  • 4 6-oz wild, skin-on salmon fillets
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp organic unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp drained and roughly chopped capers
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried dill

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Mist an oven safe dish with cooking spray. 
  2. Place salmon in a prepared dish, skin side down, and season with pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together, butter, capers, garlic and dill. Spread over top of salmon. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the salmon is opaque and flakes when touched.
