Bloody Mary fans will love this hearty drink, especially if you spike it with a dash of Worcestershire sauce or some horseradish!

Ingredients

  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 1/2 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 tomato (about 5 oz), cored
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled (seeded, if desired), plus lemon wedges for garnish
  • Ice, if desired

Preparation

  1. Juice produce in the following order: celery, spinach, tomato and lemon. Stir well. If desired, serve over ice and garnish glass with lemon wedge.
