Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole-milk yogurt
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, lime juice, honey, mustard, salt and cayenne. Add coleslaw mix, cabbage, chives and cilantro and toss. Chill until ready to serve.
