Savory Slaw

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole-milk yogurt
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 3 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
- In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, lime juice, honey, mustard, salt and cayenne. Add coleslaw mix, cabbage, chives and cilantro and toss. Chill until ready to serve.
