Spicy Thai Peanut Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 1 lime), plus 1/4 tsp lime zest
  • 1/4 cup natural unsalted peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 red chile, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 tsp puréed ginger
  • Pinch sea salt

Preparation

  1. To a Mason jar, add all ingredients and 1/4 cup water; shake vigorously until thoroughly combined.
