Spicy Thai Peanut Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 1 lime), plus 1/4 tsp lime zest
- 1/4 cup natural unsalted peanut butter
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 red chile, seeded and minced
- 1/4 tsp puréed ginger
- Pinch sea salt
Preparation
- To a Mason jar, add all ingredients and 1/4 cup water; shake vigorously until thoroughly combined.
