Most recently, they opened Shine Restaurant and Gathering Place in Boulder, Colorado, where Jill is the director of events, Jennifer is manager and Jessica is the executive chef.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-natural mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp finely diced pickles
  • 1 tbsp chopped capers
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • Sea salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
