Ingredients
- 1½ tbsp olive tapenade
- 1 pita
- ½ cup spinach
- ¼ cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- 2 tbsp feta
Preparation
Spread olive tapenade over toasted pita. Top with spinach, roasted red bell peppers, and 2 tbsp each cilantro and feta.
