Veggie Pita Sandwich

  • 1½ tbsp olive tapenade
  • 1 pita
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ¼ cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 2 tbsp feta


Spread olive tapenade over toasted pita. Top with spinach, roasted red bell peppers, and 2 tbsp each cilantro and feta.
