1½ tbsp olive tapenade
1 pita
½ cup spinach
¼ cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped
2 tbsp each cilantro and feta
Preparation
Spread 1½ tbsp olive tapenade over 1 pita, toasted. Top with ½ cup spinach, ¼ cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped, and 2 tbsp each cilantro and feta.
