Ingredients

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup minced yellow onion
  • ½ tsp minced fresh garlic
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp sea salt, or to taste
  • ½ cup brown rice, rinsed
  • 1¼ cups low-sodium 
chicken broth
