Meet Your Instructor

My career in food started when I began helping a friend cater dinner parties in San Francisco. Three years later and a cross country move, I landed my dream job at America’s Test Kitchen. I eventually made my way to Taste of Home magazine, editing and developing recipes and producing their video content.

Most recently I worked as the manager of original programming for NBCUniversal’s, Bluprint, managing the full arc of culinary content creation for long format cooking and baking videos. Eager to get back on set, in December of 2018, I broke out on my own culinary producing and food styling for a range of publishers, product lines, and media platforms.

Cook Once, Eat All Week starts March 22, 2021. However, you can begin the course at any time after that date by redeeming your Active Pass member perk for one full year of access.

When I sign up for Active Pass, how do I access Cook Once, Eat All Week and how long will I have access?

When you sign in to your Active Pass account, you can visit Member Perks for instructions on how to redeem your code and access the Cook Once, Eat All Week on AIM Healthy U. You will have access to the course for one full year from redemption, and your access can be renewed provided you also renew your Active Pass membership on the anniversary of your joining date.
