We chose rosemary to round out this drink’s fruity sweetness because we believe even boozy bevvies should come with a few health bennies. The scent and flavor of rosemary are linked to stress reduction, and rosemary oil, a common element in aromatherapy, has been found to improve alertness and mood.

This soothing sipper looks like sunshine in a glass. We’re big fans of turmeric, a golden root used since antiquity in both cooking and ancient medicine. This spice contains compounds called curcuminoids, which have potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

This upscale twist on the classic gin smash is flavored with basil leaves. One tablespoon of this herb contains roughly 13% of the recommended daily intake for vitamin K, an essential nutrient that plays an important role in blood clotting, bone mineral density and cardiovascular health.
