Italian Olive Oil Bread Dip

Makes: about 1/2 cup

- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- Add oil and garlic to a shallow bowl or rimmed plate. Drizzle vinegar over top, then add herbs, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Serve with hearty, fresh whole-grain bread.
