INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried basil
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add oil and garlic to a shallow bowl or rimmed plate. Drizzle vinegar over top, then add herbs, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Serve with hearty, fresh whole-grain bread.
