It is important to both eat clean and work out as these habits ensure a lean physique and improved health. There are times when my diet becomes even tighter and I eat super-clean. For you, those times may equate to a special event, trip, reunion or wedding where you wish to look your absolute best. Clean eating does 80 percent of the work, but you still need to assist your efforts with regular cardiovascular and resistance-training workouts. Do you remember the fitness formula? Eighty percent nutrition + 10 percent genetics + 10 percent training = a healthy, lean body. Clean eating alone will not shape your body or tighten your skin; for best results, do both.
